Tangshou Tao Kungfu aims to achieve

Shen Kun Tangshou , also know as the Tangshou Tao Kungfu system was founded by the late Grandmaster Guo Qing Lang in 1912, a native Chinese who moved to Singapore. Shen Kun Tangshou is a martial art system based on an ancient martial art called Tangshou, which was originated from Tang Dynasty, China. The Tangshou Tao Kungfu system is a combative form of martial art. This is a martial art that combines traditional Tangshou, Shao-Lin, Wu-Dang, Ba-Kua and Hsing-I with both "internal" and "external” circular movement and flow of energy that can be seen in its forms and patterns. Its motion and movement is both fluent and firm. Only experienced martial artists and Tangshou practitioners would know the gist behind each movement and forms. Practitioners of Tangshou Tao are taught to combine their "qigong" with their combat techniques. This will allow each and every technique to be delivered with great power. There is no rules and restriction when it comes to fighting using Tangshou Tao. Every part of your body can be used as a weapon against your opponent. You can see this in the forms and pattern of Tangshou Tao Kungfu; its techniques are always in fluent motion, techniques after techniques. When it comes to a higher level of apprenticeship, students are assessed according to their knowledge in the various techniques, their fluency in the execution of their forms. Tangshou Tao Da Yuan Qigong is to strengthen and increase a practitioner's physical strength and has the ability to break and destroy objects such as brick, tiles and wood. This plays a part in the combative form of Tangshou. It helps by strengthening the physical prowess and enhances the agility, fluency and confidence of the practitioner. Therefore, they can't be separated. Tangshou Tao without qigong is like an empty shell; qigong without its form is like a soul without a body. Da Yuan Qigong can be trained to improve health and overall wellness. The Tangshou Tao Kungfu system is managed with a systematic syllabus and international Belt Grading system from white to highest 10 degrees black belt. The Tangshou Tao Kungfu System (Shen Kun Tangshou) Trainings involved QuanLu, QuanFa, Tangshou (Traditional patterns), Weapons, Qigong, Light & Full Contact SanDa (Free Sparring), and Tangshou Kungzhan-shu Combat –Defence.
